Hold on to your tickets

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all events in the industry have been postponed, including those at TD Place. We are working around the clock with event producers to reschedule as many events as possible for future dates. Tickets held for postponed events will be valid for newly rescheduled dates once determined, so please retain your tickets and watch for announcements regarding new event dates here.

We encourage you to follow our social media pages for further details about future events. We will update regularly as more information becomes available.

Ottawa REDBLACKS season updates
The Canadian Football League (CFL) issued a statement regarding the updated measures to help ensure public health and safety, acknowledging that the 2020 season won’t start before the beginning of September. Please stay tuned for more details.

The Ontario Hockey League announced the targeted date for the start of the 2020-21 season, is December 1st, 2020

It was announced that the 2020-21 regular season will be reduced to 64 games, four less than previous years.  The regular season will be condensed from the start of December to the targeted date for the end of the season, April 29th, 2021.

The playoff format will be the usual sixteen teams, eight per-conference.  The OHL playoffs are scheduled to take place from May 2nd to June 14th, 2021.  The Memorial Cup will be held from June 17 to 27, 2021 hosted in Ontario by either the Oshawa Generals or the Soo Greyhounds.

CPL Announces the Island Games

The Island Games – a super exciting tournament-style series put on by the Canadian Premier League (CPL).  The Island Games all happen in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.  Fans and supporters alike will see a 28-match first phase with the top four clubs advancing to the second round. The top two clubs will meet in the championship match, with the winning club crowned the 2020 Canadian Premier League Champion. We wish the newest club – Atletico Ottawa – all the best!

Ottawa BlackJacks season updates
The Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) played a full schedule of games for the CEBL Summer Series, which tipped off July 25 and will be the first live professional sports action in Canada since the COVID-19 outbreak in March. The league’s seven teams will convene in St. Catharines, Ontario for a 26-game competition that ends August 9 with the CEBL Championship game. Congrats to our very own Ottawa Blackjacks who put in a decent effort, falling in the Semi-Finals.
