Getting Here for Special Events

TD Place Parking has limited capacity. Here are some options for a better experience during your visit.

Are you coming to events/ games at TD Place? On large event/game days, do not drive to TD Place as parking may be sold out. We highly encourage our guests to take advantage of the alternative transportation options available.

Are you a TD Place event ticket holder? TD Place event guests have many exclusive transportation options available to them. TD Place has collaborated with the City of Ottawa and OC Transpo to create accessible transportation options, to reduce traffic congestion within the area, promote sustainable transportation modes to TD Place, and get you to the event on time. They also make for a stress-free event day experience!

Event Ticket Holders:

Your ticket to events at TD Place gets you free public transit service on all OC Transpo routes, starting three hours before the event and three hours after the event. This applies to all tickets for Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa 67’s, Atlético Ottawa, Ottawa BlackJacks games as well as all other TD Place concerts, festivals, and events. To plan your trip, please click here.

OC Transpo: Ticket holders will need to show bus operators their mobile tickets.

LRT Stations: Your game-day ticket gets you a free ride on the LRT! At fare gates for LRT stations, customers will need to use the video chat function on the ticket machines to talk to a customer service agent, who will then be able to get them through the fare gates by issuing a pass. To use video chat, customers will need to touch the “We’re here to help” button on the ticket machines to launch the video chat.

Remember to keep your event ticket stub for your return trip on transit!

Without a game ticket, standard OC Transpo fares apply and standard payment options are accepted, including PRESTO, tickets, monthly passes and transfers.
