Fan Code of Conduct

TD Place is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and friendly sports and entertainment experience. In order to effectively deliver this experience the following guidelines on fan conduct have been established.

Fans must comply with all security agents, local law enforcement and TD Place representatives regarding stadium operations and emergency procedures.

Prohibited Items

  • Laser pens or laser products of any type
  • Fireworks
  • Air horns, whistles or mechanical noise makers
  • Alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances
  • Outside food of any kind
  • Poles/sticks
  • Weapons
  • Projectiles

Anything venue management or security deems, in their absolute discretion, to be a safety or security concern.

We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited item or ask for you to return it to your vehicle.

Smoking Policy

TD Place at Lansdowne is a non-smoking venue. In and out access for smoking is available at Gate 1.

Getting Here

Your event ticket at TD Place gets you free transit service starting three hours before the event, during the event, and for 3 hours after the game on all OC Transpo and STO routes. OC Transpo service on Bank Street will be enhanced during game days for an easy connection from downtown. In addition, special OC Transpo and STO routes will be in place providing direct service to TD Place from across Ottawa and Gatineau. **Please note that STO routes are NOT free for some TD Place events.

Guests are also encouraged to ride their bikes using the scenic multi-use pathways along the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Free, secure bike parking is provided on site.
