Experience Indigenous films from the circumpolar North, outdoors in a theatre made of snow! The word Unikkaatuarniq is an Inuktitut word that means "Storytelling". Storytelling is an ancient form of magic, with the power to connect the past with the present, teach lessons, impart values, heal, to explain the world and connect us to the universe through language and mythology. DJ and VJ performances each night, hot drinks, and snacks.

Have the ultimate winter experience in your own backyard! This is your chance to take on five winter sports in two hours: skating, snowshoeing, tobogganing, running/walking, and a scavenger hunt workout.

Winterlude Roller Disco

Saturday, February 3, various times.
Warm up with a retro roller disco in the Aberdeen Pavilion! Bring family and friends to enjoy the disco lights and an awesome DJ!
Registration
Register for the session(s) you wish to attend:
2 PM to 4 PM
5 PM to 7 PM
8 PM to 10 PM
*Walk-ups will be possible if there is room. Registering in advance secures you a spot.
Registration fees:
$9.53 for children 14 years old and under;
$10.77 for 15 years old and up.
Rentals
Rollerskates can be rented from the Ottawa Quad Roller-skating Club at the links below. Make sure to pick the same time as your registration.

8 PM to 10 PM
*Please note there is a rental fee, and it is best to reserve your skates early to ensure that you get the size you need.

Snowboard Rail Jam

Saturday, February 17, 10 AM to 3 PM
Grab your board, bag of tricks and, get ready to shred the tobogganing hill. Session some rails, show off your skills or cheer on local talent. Spectators will get a thrill watching this vibrant event. For more information, contact Top of the World.
