Participant Waiver And Release Of Liability - TD Place

In consideration for Lansdowne Stadium Limited Partnership (“TD Place”) permitting me to participate in any On-Ice or On-Field Activity and any Activity in the Arena, Stadium, Concourse or Side Lines (the “Program”), the undersigned (or if a minor, the parent/guardian of the undersigned) (the “Participant”) agrees to the following:

Release. The Participant, for themselves (or if a minor, for the Participant, and any other parent/guardian of the Participant) and for their representatives and administrators, hereby waives, forever discharges and holds harmless TD Place and its partners, directors, officers, employees, successors, predecessors, affiliated and related corporations from liability for any and all claims, demands, actions and costs that might arise out of Participant’s participation DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.

Image Consent. The Participant hereby gives TD Place and its affiliated and related corporations permission to take video, still photographs and/or digital photographs of the Participant during the Program, and use Participant’s image within such media in training, promotional, endorsement and publicity activities related to TD Place or the Teams.

This waiver shall bind the heirs, executors, administrators and successors of the Participant, and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. If any portion of this Waiver and Release is declared invalid or unenforceable this Waiver and Release shall remain in full force and effect, as such invalid portion shall be deemed severable.
