COVID-19 Fan Safety
TD Place looks forward to welcoming guest back to events and games, including Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa 67’s, Ottawa BlackJacks & Atlético Ottawa, and doing so in a way that’s safe for fans, employees, players, and all other team personnel in accordance with guidelines provided by the Government of Ontario and Ottawa Public Health.
But we can’t do it alone. It is the responsibility of each and every one of us to protect those around us.

Fan Health Promise
All guests will be required to read and accept the Fan Health Promise.
Through the ticket purchasing process, all guests will be required to read and accept the Fan Health Promise. In doing so, guests are committing to conducting a self-assessment of signs and symptoms of Covid-19 on the day of the event for all members of their group who will be in attendance. Should they show signs or symptoms, they are to remain at home. Guests agree that they will not attend an event if any one of the following is true:

ACCORDING TO OTTAWA PUBLIC HEALTH, AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. ALL GUESTS SHOULD EVALUATE THEIR HEALTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND DETERMINE THE RISK OF INCREASED EXPOSURE.
*Within the prior 14 days, they have tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
*Within the prior 48 hours, they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 identified here by Ottawa Public Health.
*Within the prior 14 days, they have traveled outside of Canada.
GUESTS MUST FOLLOW ALL VENUE POLICIES, INCLUDING THE STADIUM GUIDE, AND POSTED INSTRUCTIONS WHILE IN THE VENUE AND ON VENUE GROUNDS.
TD Place will conduct thorough cleaning of all spaces prior to each event.
Our staff will continuously clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the event.
Our ticket delivery has gone mobile and can be easily stored on your mobile device. Buy tickets here.
All tickets will be purchased and scanned using our mobile ticketing software. This is a vital tool in our contact tracing efforts (if needed). Once the ticket is purchased, you will be able to download your ticket into your mobile device’s wallet (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Pay) and can be easily accessed when arriving at the gate. Food & Beverage Order
The food and beverage can be ordered online. You can have what you need at your seat.
In an effort to reduce line-ups and contact between individuals waiting in line, we have introduced mobile food and beverage ordering. Guests will be able to order their food from the mobile device while in their seats and will be provided with a pick-up location when their order is ready for pick-up.
Guests will be able to use a separate and much faster line-up queue when picking up their order, reducing potential exposure to other individuals. The link will be available soon.
TD Place will be going entirely cashless. Debit and Credit cards will be accepted.

Gates & Arrival Times
Guests will be assigned a mandatory gate for entry. This will be determined by the shortest path.
Guests will no longer be permitted to re-enter the venue throughout the event.
Bags & Items Policy
In order to reduce physical contact, clear bags are highly recommended.
Guests with clear bags will be allowed to use our Express lanes, resulting in a faster entry experience.

Shortest Path to your Seat
Guest will be seated only with members of their original ticketing purchase group.
Tickets will be sold in small groups. Our seating plan will ensure all groups will be kept at a safe distance throughout the event. Guests will be encouraged to stay in their seats as much as possible throughout the event, with the exception of purchasing food and beverages, merchandise, and using our washroom facilities. This is in order to keep our common spaces as clear as possible and limit excess contact and movement.
In addition to on-site sellers, guests will have the option to scan a QR code to purchase their 50|50 tickets.

Covid-19 Alert App
The Covid-19 Alert App facilitates contact tracing efforts.
All individuals entering the venue will be encouraged to download the Covid-19 Alert App to facilitate contact tracing efforts.
Before you Go
What if I experience Covid-19 symptoms the day of the event?
As agreed to in the Fan Health Promise, we ask that anyone experiencing Covid-19 symptoms not attend an event.
Please see your game day email or contact our Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org to opt-out from today’s event if you can no longer attend.
Are all TD Place tickets digital?
Yes, all tickets are digital and no paper tickets will be used at the venue. Digital tickets allow for contactless entry and allow you to manage, access, transfer, and sell your tickets from your account. Here are some tips on getting into TD Place with mobile tickets:
– Mobile tickets should be viewed on the device before proceeding through security gates.
– For a safer entry and movement throughout the building, please transfer mobile tickets to each member of your party prior to arriving at the Arena.
– Mobile tickets cannot be transferred after they have been scanned at the gate.
– Screenshots & printouts will not be accepted for entry.
How do I manage my tickets on my device's wallet app (i.e. Apple Wallet/Google Pay)?
Mobile tickets will be sent to your email account from: email@example.com. From the ticket email, select the Add to Apple Wallet/Google Pay button to add your ticket to your device’s digital wallet. When approaching the entrance, open the Apple Wallet/Google Pay app to access your ticket. Upon entry, present your event ticket to our event staff for scanning.
What if I need help with mobile ticketing on game day?
Our dedicated team of experts is ready to help ensure that every ticketholder can enter the venue as quickly and safely as possible! Our Guest Services team can assist with digital ticketing and are prepared to answer your questions on the spot. They can be found at all entry gates and at the information booths throughout the entire game.
Which gate do I use to enter the venue?
All guests must enter through the assigned gate indicated on their mobile ticket. This will ensure the shortest path of travel once inside and will limit excess mobility to limit the possible spread of Covid-19.
Will my parking ticket also be digital?
Yes, all parking tickets will also be digital. If you have a pre-purchased or assigned parking pass for the underground parking lot at Lansdowne, the pass will load like a ticket into your device’s mobile wallet (i.e. Apple Wallet/Google Pay). Simply scan your smartphone as your enter and exit the garage.
Is parking available in the underground parking garage at Lansdowne for all events?
A limited number of parking passes will be issued for all events. These passes will be pre-allocated (i.e. Otto’s club seats) or sold on a first-come-first-served basis. For a complete list of public transportation, free shuttles and additional parking options, please visit our transportation page.

Mandatory Mask Policy
Does my child need to wear a face covering?
Yes, all guests over the age of two must wear a face mask, unless actively eating while seated in their seats.
Which kinds of face masks are permitted?
A mask should:
• securely cover the nose and mouth.
• fit closely to the face without gaps.
• if made of cloth, should be made of at least two layers of tightly woven fabric, such as cotton or linen.
• should not have exhalation valves.
What if I forget or lose my face mask?
A face mask will be provided by venue staff. Please notify a Guest Services staff member to request one, or visit one of our Guest Services booths.
Food & Beverage
Can I bring my own food?
With the exception of special diet items for medical purposes and baby formula/food, TD Place prohibits outside food & beverage. Glass jars and bottles are prohibited.
Can I eat in my seat or take my food or beverage purchases with me to watch the game?
Yes, fans may consume food and beverages while seated in their seats and not in the concourses. The masking policy remains in place for all fans not actively eating or drinking.
How can I pay the concession stands?
As TD Place has gone completely cashless, we accept all forms of digital payment including Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap to pay and all major credit cards.
How do I place a mobile order?
To order from your mobile device, please follow the link we will provide here soon.
What if I don't want to Mobile Order?
There are still plenty of options available throughout the venue for in-person ordering.
What are the accepted forms of payment now that TD Place has gone cashless?
Accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, gift cards and loaded tickets.
Is the entire venue cashless?
Yes, the entire venue, including merchandise stations, concession stands, bars, and premium dining spaces, is now cashless.
Can I try on clothes at merchandise locations?
Yes, apparel and headware merchandise may be tried on prior to purchase. Exchanges or returns are available the Team Store on Exhibition Way.
